Why Therapy?

Events in our life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, alone or misunderstood. We may find it difficult to cope or make sense of what is going on.

 

Counselling provides you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where we work through troubled and confused feelings. As your counsellor I will not offer solutions, but instead will help facilitate understanding and clarity. Working together we will explore the many ways in which the past, relationships, experiences and events impact our present day life.
